You can\u00a0find out the PAN card:<\/p><div class=\"5b30b6f7b2eba7ec5b967a63bbaf86fc\" data-index=\"1\" style=\"float: none; margin:10px 0 10px 0; text-align:center;\">\n<script async src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script>\r\n<!-- finfyires_ad -->\r\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\"\r\n     style=\"display:block\"\r\n     data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-8133063321420299\"\r\n     data-ad-slot=\"4332803019\"\r\n     data-ad-format=\"auto\"><\/ins>\r\n<script>\r\n(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\r\n<\/script>\n<\/div>\n\n<ul>\n<li>The request to make changes or correction in the\u00a0PAN should be employed only in the cases where a PAN number has already been allocated, if not then <a href=\"http:\/\/finfyi.com\/blog\/check-pan-card-status\/\">check PAN Card Status by Name<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>You can make changes or modifications to your present details of your PAN card.<\/li>\n<li>You will be given a new PAN CARD with the similar number and your information will be changed in the records of the Income Tax Department.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Step 1:<\/strong>\u00a0Go to\u00a0the\u00a0NSDL Website\u00a0<strong>(https:\/\/tin.tin.nsdl.com\/pan\/correctiondsc.html)<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 2:\u00a0<\/strong>Go through all the rules cautiously. You can also change the text in Hindi to go through in Hindi Language. Scroll at\u00a0the bottom of the page and you will be able to\u00a0choose the category of the applicant.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 3:<\/strong>\u00a0Choose the category of applicant from the drop down menu and click on\u00a0the select button.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 4:\u00a0<\/strong>Go through all the details and fill the overall form cautiously. \u00a0Eventually, after filling up the form, a fee of\u00a0<strong>Rs.107<\/strong>\u00a0has to\u00a0be given by\u00a0Cheque, Demand Draft, Credit or Debit Card, Net Banking.<strong> \u00a0<\/strong>(<u>Note<\/u>:<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Demand draft or cheque shall be in favour of\u00a0\u2018NSDL \u2013 PAN\u2019, which is payable at Mumbai).<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The fields marked with <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">*<\/span> are compulsory.<\/li>\n<li>Please put a check matching to the field you want to make modifications to. For example\u00a0:-\u00a0Field 9 for change in address.<\/li>\n<li>Keep in mind that you need to fill up your current PAN Number in the box which states permanent account number or PAN.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If the Applicant wants\u00a0to go for\u00a0paperless PAN application regarding address\u00a0change, he or she may choose <strong>YES\u00a0<\/strong>in which a digital signature is needed. Otherwise choose <strong>NO<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>(for corporeal submission of the hard copies of the documents.<\/p>\n<p>In Paperless PAN application,\u00a0you can\u00a0upload\u00a0your photo, signature and documents online and there is no requirement for corporeal submission of the documents and the PAN card address change process would finish here.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Also read<\/strong>:\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/finfyi.com\/blog\/pan-card-signature-change\/\">How to Change Signature in PAN Card<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Applicants who want to submit\u00a0hard copies of the documents may continue with step no.5.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 5:<\/strong>\u00a0You will now receive an acknowledgement form with a sixteen digit acknowledgement number. And, take a printout of this acknowledgement form.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 6:<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Paste<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>two recent photographs with white background<\/strong>\u00a0of the applicant in this acknowledgement form in the space given. \u00a0Place your\u00a0<strong>signature<\/strong>\u00a0in the box.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 7:<\/strong>\u00a0Put in your\u00a0<strong>demand draft or cheque<\/strong>\u00a0if you did not pay\u00a0pay via online mode, acknowledgement form and the self attested documents stated previously in the form in a cover.\u00a0Do not overlook to write your acknowledgement number on the back side of the DD or Cheque.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 8:<\/strong>\u00a0The title on the cover should be <strong>&#8220;Application for PAN change request\u00a0-Acknowledgment Number\u201d<\/strong>. For example<strong>:<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>If your Acknowledgement Number is 10787890019, then the title on the cover should be\u00a0\u201d Application for PAN change request\u00a0\u2013\u00a010787890019 \u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 9:<\/strong>\u00a0Now, you have to post this cover\u00a0to the corporeal Address of NSDL:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Income Tax PAN Services Unit, NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure Limited, 5th floor, Mantri Sterling, Plot No. 341, Survey No. 997\/8, Model Colony, Near Deep Bungalow Chowk, Pune \u2013 411016.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Step 10:<\/strong>Ensure the cover with your application and sustaining\u00a0 documents should go to NSDL\u00a0address within fifteen days after receiving the acknowledgement.<\/p>\n<p>In the end, your PAN application will be sent for processing as soon as NSDL obtains it. You will get an e-mail related to the same on your e-mail ID.
